The questions every investor should ask — answered without spin.
No. A reservation reduces available units and holds your place with a visible expiry. Ownership is created only when funds clear, documents are signed and the legal issuance is recorded in the project company's register.
Distributions are paid only from legally distributable profit and available cash, after costs and reserves, on an approved monthly cycle. They are never automatic and never guaranteed — a bad month means no distribution.
Holdings are illiquid — there is no public market or sell button. Transfers to an eligible, verified buyer are possible under documented rules, subject to lock-ups and approvals. Plan for the full holding period.
1% of capital at legal closing plus 1% annual administration, charged to the project company. Every project page shows the amounts, recipients and timing before you reserve. No hidden spreads.
We use all-or-nothing closing. If the long-stop date passes without 100% funding, the offer is cancelled and collected subscriptions are returned under the disclosed refund policy — typically within 10 business days.
Project money sits in the project company's own accounts, moved only through our authorised money-flow partner. Platform operating money is fully separate — never mixed.
Monthly, on the 15th: revenue, costs, profit, cash movement, reserves and the distribution waterfall. Reports are versioned and downloadable; corrections publish as new versions, never silent edits.
Adults who pass identity, residence and eligibility checks, including sanctions and PEP screening. Some projects add minimums or lock-ups. Compliance decides eligibility — sales cannot override it.
Capital is at risk and you may get back less than you invest. Projects can underperform, operators can fail, assets can lose value, and holdings are illiquid. Read the risk statement and every project's risk section before reserving.
Contact us with your ticket reference; we acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 15. If you're unsatisfied, the legal page explains escalation. Complaints are logged and reviewed by management monthly.
